Co-Investing Side By Side With Our Clients

Ilias Capital can act as a principal co-investor in commercial real estate projects along with its clients. We enter into principal co-investments which are either complimentary to advisory mandates or on a stand-alone basis.

The purpose of co-investing is to bridge third party equity and to commit capital resources to a project for an interim period. The main focus of principal co-investments is on smaller projects and equity stakes of up to 10%.

Principal co-investments are solely made on our own behalf. Ilias Capital is neither acting is a trustee nor as an investment manager for third parties.
